it is my first day here i m using panasonic KX-TE 824 i have to put password for international dailing on Ext (104) whil he is in (cos 2 and i have blocked "00xxxxxxx" in cos 3 ) i want to put password for (cos 2) users to dail "00" and for (cos 1) no restrection

any one help me

They put help files in our maintenance console that point to toll restriction override. In there you will find detailed flowcharts on how to elevate your COS 3 phone to COS 2.
