well you have here, but it doens't seem to have a lot of people for the moment. i asked tektips to created this one, and we must wait until people knows they can come here for ressources.
before this forum was created i used this one (the microsoft one) :

then you go in visual studio, tools \ visual basic \ vb.webclasses

webclasses are not very documented on the net, that's why we should try to make this forum usefull for the other users
