Hi Cisco gurus,

I have just bought an ISDN simulator but it didn't come with any isdn cables. The simulator comes with 2 Bri S/T ports and my Cisco 2503 router also comes with Bri S/T port. Does anyone know the pinout of this kind of ISDN cable? Or any useful link, please?

Thanks very much!

You can use a normal 'straight' RJ-45 twisted pair cable.

RJ-45 8 Pin, TE1/TA, NT, Polarity:

3, Transmit, Receive, +
4, Receive, Transmit, +
5, Receive, Transmit, -
6, Transmit, Receive, -

1 Pins 1, 2, 7, and 8 are not used.

regards,
