Can an SDN assignment accept a DID range of numbers?

I have a range of 100 DID numbers that I need to send to an SDN Application in CP. Let's say the range is 317-484-3000 to 3099. Can I create an SDN of 317-484-30XX (XX either being blank or....)and hope that anyone calling from the 3000 to 3099 range will hit the SDN of 30XX and be routed to that app?
