Can an incoming call ring at multiple extensions on Merlin Legent 6.0? I want to have incoming calls to the operator extension ring 4 times at the front desk, then fall over to a group of 3 other people for 3 rings (ringing at 3 extensions at the same time), and then finally drop to the default daytime automated attendant if nobody picks up (after a total of 7 rings). I've done some searching on here and in the manuals, but am not sure if my PBX model will do it. For Magix I've read that you can use group calling set to the "ring all" distribution type, but for my system this doesn't appear to be an option...Can I use something other than group calling?

You can give the three extensions delayed coverage for the opertor extension.
The problem with this would be that any call that went to the operators station would ring on these other extensions after the 3 rd ring.

Ok, that sounds like what I want. These are backup operators, and my CEO wants someone live to answer the hone, and only get vmail as a last resort. What I want is 4 rings on the x5400, then 3 rings at (3 other phones) at the same time, and then for it to go to voicemail.

What steps would I take to setup this delayed coverage idea?
