I’m sure that this has been covered, but I can’t seem to find it.
We have a Call Center in which the agents need to perform other tasks in addition to manning the “Q”. This can lead them to miss the buzz that indicates an incoming call.
What we would like to do is have the phones ring rather than just buzz once when a call comes in.
Is this possible?
