Can someone tell me if it is possible to run an Access application as a stand-alone program without the various menus and "stuff" that comes up when you open the MS Access program? I'm not a REAL programmer so I apologize for not being able to speak the language well enough to ask the correct question.

The answer to your question is 'yes.' The development version (more expensive as you might imagine)willpackage the ACCESS program with all the required files and a runtime version of ACCESS that a user may use to just 'run' the program.

If you do not want to repackage an access db, and your user(s) have access installed, you can setup the database properties to not display any toolbars and/or menus on start up.

Good Luck
