Can ADMTv2 be executed in mixed node of W2003 server?

Hi ,

I recently acquired a new server with w2003 installed. Because I need to import my users on NT4.0 platform, I need to run ADMTv2. Because I need to support windows 98 also, is it possible for me leave windows 2003 as mixed node? If it is not possible, is there a utility I can ensure windows 98 PC can access or use the applications installed in w2003 server?
