Can admin change a user password

I am the admin for a SharePoint site. Once a user account has been set up I know the user can change the password. Can the admin change that users password? The only user management options I can find (via the web interface) are to change the user's role.

Hi,

If have setup the Portal Server in Active Directory account creation mode both the users and you as an administrator should be able to change the passwords. Users will see a link that is on the user information page, have you checked there.
