My friend wants to make a database of newspaper articles. He thinks Acrobat will save the pdf files in some kind of accessable database. I'm not familiar with Acrobat but I know some of you are. He wants to search with a key word and all the articles with that word will be displayed.
Does anyone have a design that might do this?
Thanks
Don

Checkout Adobe Catalog. Or a document server, such as SharePoint.

Thanks Thomas,
Catalog seems to be a great program and very capable of doing what we want to do. Now I just have to learn how to use it.
I'm trying to get off on the right foot. I read that file names should be keep below 9 characters. Does anyone have any information on this?
Thanks again.
