Can ACD Call Override an outbound Call?

We have a Nortel Meridian 61C and Nortel Symposium Server 4.0
Our agents use M3903 phones. Key 0 is the ACD-DN key and Key 3 is the DN Key. If all the agents of a skillset are busy on outbound calls (which require activating the DN key), is it possible that once an ACD call lands, it can be made to land on an agent phone by overriding the outbound call? An alert may also do. Can anyone help?

might look up the call waiting key, you can't interupt the outbound
