Can Accpac pro 6.0 run on a windows terminal server 2008

We are currently running a windows 2000 terminal server that I need to upgrade. Can Accpac (SBT pro 6.0) run on the 2008 server if we run it as a 32 bit? It seems clear that it won't run in a 64 bit environment.

If not, will it run in the Windwos 2003 environment (32 Bit)?
