can access web. can't acees network can't ping other comp

I have a network of 2 wired comps and 2 wireless connections. all running win xp.

I have DSL with a wirless G router.

A few days ago the isps router went down. When I called tech support, they didn't know it was down and asked me to unplug all my wires and turn off the router and dsl modem.

I did all that. Since, I can connect to internet including emails. I can not access any comp on the network. I can ping the router from all computers but can not ping any other computer on the network.

Any help?

I am going nuts!
