How can I use Access functionality to display data using both graphical and numerical data? How do I go about this?

I would like to develop some reports WITHIN Access that perform similar functions to pivot tables in Excel. I am trying to move away from large amounts of data reporting from Excel and instead use Access for my primary data engine.

Please can you therefore compose some informative, correlating reports that best demonstrate how Access functionality using both graphical and numerical data.

I typically use Access or SQL Server to store my data and whatever makes sense to report it. At times, I will create a pivot in Excel that has an Access query as its datasource.

You can also make totals queries and crosstab queries that can be used as Record Sources for reports.
