can a vb app wait for a browser submit?

If you use the WebBrowser Control (under Components, add Microsoft Internet Controls), you can add a WebBrowser control onto a form. Then use the BeforeNavigate2 or NavigateComplete2 events to trap any navigation changes the user makes.
