Can a user block messages except during 8 to 5

I have a user that wants to only allow messages to be left during normal work hours and not after hours so they are not spending all morning retrieving these messages. I know you can block messages if the Temp greeting is set, but have not found where you can do it normally. Active Voice had this option, but do not see it in CP

Run his extension through a APP with DOW and TOD control, weekends and after hours they will be sent to an announcement like his voicemail but will disconnect instead. during Mon-Fri it will go to his extension.
Only thing is you will have to give him a new extension number, which would not matter anyway because he would be the only one that knows

Uh, just put a FWD key on that set, and give them a phantom number (that rings forever) to Forward to...
