we have had Nortel Symposium for years and are converting to Cisco. However, the VM boxes remain on the Nortel side.
In Symposium, we had a call center number that was the same extension as that call center's voicemail box.
My desk extension (Cisco phone) and VM (Nortel) are the same, so this part is not an issue. However, my phone extension is not a JTAPI trigger starting an IPCC script.
Can I retain this number for VM or do I need a new one?
