My company has several sx-2000 lights that we use for admin stuff, but we are thinking about trying to connect a sx-2000 to one or two dialers with 60 agents staffed on each. Is this too much for a small switch? Any advice will be appreciated.

I would think the short answer would be No,
But I would consider the following
1. traffic on the existing outgoing lines
2. Cost for adding the Feature to the system if you don't already Have it,
3. Digital Cards and or Sets for the Agents,
4. Open Space in the Existing Nodes,

Thanks for the info.

The outgoing trunks are on the dialer. The mitel would just be to link the agents to the dialer.

Assuming you have the proper features, dimensions, and available resources, you should be able to do this. The 2KL can be a small switch, but it can also handle a large amount of traffic. I've seen some pretty decent sized networks (some up to 170 switches) of just 2KL's and ML's, easily handling this kind of load. With the Mitel, it all depends on the licenses and hardware you have.
