Can a report be restored from a historical

I saved over a rep[ort in my CE10 env. I recall previously saving a report from the file store by searching for a historcal instance (before report saved date). But cannot seem to recreate this. If possible, how do I obtain an old instance?

Open the instance and export it to Crystal Reports format to a location, then open it and save it back to CE.
