Can a new IPO system SD card be changed from A-Law to U-Law?

I was just shipped a new IPO 500v2 with an A-Law SD card. US purchase from a US dealer...

The IPO has not been powered up yet so I was wondering if the SD card could be reformatted (recreated) to U-Law?

Yes. Grab the licenses from it first though or that will be a new thread.
