Can a Miran Card be used with PA Equipment ?? 1

Customer currently have a Public Announcement which they need to connect to the Nortel pabx however they do not have a Ran.Pag Card. Please can anyone advise if the PA can be connected to a Miran card so anyone on a phone can dial the access code of the Pager Trunk and relay a message via the PA system.

A Paging trunk is a Universal Trunk card. The MIRAN card is for listen-only.
