can a menu b attatched to only a single window from the form

hi dear fellows

is there a way that i can attatch a menu to only the window not to all the windows in the form.
as i want my menu 2 b shown only on the main window where as the default menu on all other windows in the form.

and can any1 plz send me the default menu's .mmb file
as i didn't find it on my PC.
