can a guest mail box calls be forwarded to external cell phone? help

I have BCM 50 r3.with callpilot.
There is a requirement that a guest user who doesn't have physical extension on bcm had to get calls on their cell.

when callers call and dial by name it should prompt the user who doesn't sit there and further forward to his cell.

Workaround:-Tried configuring a guest voice mail box and then tried to assign and outgoing line. But it doesn't work.

Please help

Probaly best you go tot the BCM forum to ask

You cant assign lines to a mailbox be it guest or not.

You need a phone for the users and forward the phone to the cell #.
I cant recall if forward is cancelled once the phone is removed from it's jack/port but think the answer is No.

Or
Allow mailbox for Outdial in COS
Setup mailbox Option 8/8 to call Cell #
In the Alternate greeting record " please press 7 to continue"
Turn off mailbox so messages cannot be left.

If he has a DID create the guest mailbox and in express msg line put in the target line then enable outbound transfer to the cell#
