You can, but you shouldn't. It sounds like you have a couple of tables with a many-to-many relationship. If that is the case then you will need to design a new table to hold the information. Why don't you post your table designs and we can help you with the new table.
Jeff is right. The way to do this is to make a lookup table with two fields. One field holds the Primary Key from one table and one field holds the PK from there other.
