If I have 4 extensions in a hunt group, let’s say Ext. 223, 224, 225, 226 that Appr & Ring and 1 target line assigned to the hunt group.

Can ext 223 answer a call and have the ability to take a 2nd call, if possible a 3rd call from that same hunt group.

Do I need to use additional hunt groups that overflow if busy, or should ext. 223 put the 1st call on hold, using a SWCA button, hook flash and tack the 2nd call.

Help me Please, Thanks

A set can only take 1 call at a time from a hunt group.

Probaly best to just get rid of the hunt group and assign the target line to the sets with 3 appearances and 3 intercoms.
