I have a drop down menu with the following items:

Drop down menu #1:
Residential Real Estate
Treasury Management
Investments

I would like Drop down menu #2 options to be limited. For example, drop #1 choice is Treasury Management, then drop #2 options are limited to Treasury Management products.

Can this be done?

yep no problem

in the afterupdate of the first combobox try something like this

combobox2name.rowsource = "Select field from table where field = '" & combobox1name
combobox2name.requery
"What a wonderfull world" - Louis armstrong

On my website I have an example of the techniques you can use to make one combo box be driven by the choice made in a previous combo box. You might find it useful....
