The new Act 2005 no longer has a dialer function built in. Without this ability we will never upgrade beyond Act 6.0. Has anyone found a way to add an easy to use third party dialer in Act 2005? We have the Avaya IP Office phone system which works great with the dialer in Act 6.0.
I think the removal of this feature will eliminate a huge number of upgraders and that this was a very foolish company decision.
