Can a Data Access Page app migrate to Access 2007

A user in my firm asked me to help them migrate an app to 2007. After looking into the app, its main form is a data access page. I have not seen an app like this before.
It comes into Access 2007 and does not run...
Is there a special way to migrate a DAP in 2003 to 2007.
