Am I limited to only being able to observe a Position ID on an acd phone? I know I can do it using the remote agent monitoring module, but was wondering if it somehow can be done through the standard way.

I know I can do it with the Remote Agent Card.
Just asking because there were some thing the vendr told me I can not do and found out that I could. Just wanted to be sure on this one.

Yes - but without the Remote Agent Monitoring Card. Am I only limited to observe by position ID without it?

That is the only way via the standard observe feature. Position ID that is.
