can a 9608 handset be used for vpn

Can anybody advise if the 9608 handset can be used for a vpn handset and what version of firmware on the handset

Yes I have set the to be used as VPN phones. You have to change the 46xx setting file.

VPN is only supported using H.323 software. The latest available software for the 9608 is H.323 6.0 SP4.1.
