can a 10tx half duplex talk to 100tx full duplex?

Yes, 99.9% of all 10/100 switches auto negotiate, and so will allow this without user invovlement, on the other 0.1% you need to set options ( Baystack 28xxx, some Suns to some Cisco gear, some macs to some Cisco gear) I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
