Our operator is receiving more calls than they can handle. Is there a way to have the calls answered with a greeting and play music while waiting for the console operator to answer the phone? We are on a CS1000e R5 with CallPilot. We use our CallPilot and CC6 to build simple IVRs. Just wondering what my options are. Installing a 2nd 2250 is not an option.

Feature packaging
The Attendant Announcement feature introduces Attendant Announcement (AANN) package 384.
This feature also requires the following existing packages:
• Recorded Announcement (RAN) package 7 (if RAN Announcements are used)
• Attendant Overflow Position (AOP) package 56 (if AOP is used)
• Flexible Tones and Cadences (FTC) package 125
• Attendant Forward No Answer (AFNA) package 134 (if AFNA is used)
• Network Attendant Service (NAS) package 159 (if used over MCDN network)
• Message Intercept (MINT) package 163
• Attendant Alternative Answering (AAA) package 174 (if AAA is used)
• Recorded Announcement Broadcast (RANBRD) package

Thanks GHTROUT. This is what I was looking for. Just was not searching the forum with the correct words. Does this have to been done with a MIRAN or can we utilize our CallPilot to play the greeting or a cook announcer?
