Can 1 call be presented to 2 agents at one time

I have a case when a call is presented to 2 agents at one time. I can confirm this with a call by call report showing the call being presented to both agents at the same hour, minute, and second.

Option 11c with symposium 5.

Did not know that this was possible. Does anyone else ever have a record of this happening to them?
Is this a sign that there is something wrong?

Any thoughts on this would be appericated.
 
it is possible.

check your script in the queue to skillset command. there is probably 2 skillsets assigned.
 
Script only has one skillset listed in the script.
forgot to mention both agents are agents assigned to same skillset.

The above thread was another company that upgraded to 5 and had a similar problem. (Sept 2006)


The last entry was it still happened after a patch was installed but there has been no further updates on the thread.
