CAn´t restore Brick level

AS 2000 AE ger Build 1086 // BA Exchange Build 407 // Exchange 2000 ger SP1 // Hardware is SDT Sony 10000 and certified (Hardware and Firmware) Controller SCSI Adaptec 2940

Description: Backup of Exchange Informationstore and Bricklevel is in dedugmode and successful. When I am restore one or all Mailboxes get I the following message: Can´t find session on the tape 0 session restored.
Any tip for me?

Can you restore a flat file? IE. non exchange file

Just a hunch,

Have you applied patch QO13758.CAZ at all for the exchange agent ? I also assume you have applied sp3 to the exchange agent before you apply this patch.

filesystem can backup about the client agent and restore exactly the same.
thanks guru it´s new file. I install this and test it.
do you know if more streamer defectively is whether then Arcserve an in any case error message gives?
