Can´t Backup MS Information Store E2K Cluster

Hello together

Arcserve2000 SP4
MS E2K 2 Node Cluster

I´ve installed Backup Agent for Exchange on an clustered E2K Exchange Server, but i can´t see the contents of the Microsoft Information Store on both servers with the Arcserve Manager.
Has anyone tips for installing the Arcserve Backup Agent for Exchange in an Microsoft E2K Cluster environment.

Here's what I did to get it to work:

Use the backup account to run the RPC service and make this account a full admin via ExchServAdmin - this gives rights to the virtual server that has exchange on it. Also make sure the account is part of the local and domain admins for each node. Install the agent on the active node, failover and install on the second node. When installing make sure you are logged into the same account that runs the RPC service and the same account that you will configure the backup agent for exchange to. Once this is done, the IS should be seen from the ASmanager, if not make sure the security is domain/user and then pw. The user should be this account that has the stated permissions on the cluster. Once you have tried this let me know what other problems you may have so I can troubleshoot this further.

Thank you. I´ve done all the things you said.

First:
I already see the IS, but i can´t expand it. There are no contents.

Second:
The individual Mailboxes are not actualy. I see round abound 10 Mailboxes, but there are 100 installed.
