Can´t access to Project references...

Hi,

Can someone tell me Why I can´t have access to my project references? (in the project menu/Project references) The message that I can is that I have no permission to them...

How can this be? I´m the administrator of the machine and I have given all the permissions that one can give in IIS console...

Any ideias?
