Campon Busyout trunk does not signal CO that we are busy

We have the latest and greatest CM 6.3 softwrae on Dual 8700, ESS totally redundant etc.

We were shooting trunk issues on Windstream PRI's connected to a Genband/Genview – C3/8000 switch. We have discovered that when we do a campon buyout trunk tg/mbr that the CO does not see the channel as busy and continues to send calls to it. It also does not show up as a a busy on the list measurements trunk sum today. There is a column there for Out of service trunks per trunk group. B channel service signaling is on at the CO. Stat trunk show OOS_NE.
Anyone? Ideas?

On the DS-1 form, try using protocol D on the circuits that have D channels.
