Existing 8.1 IP Office running the app server. Recently, they added campaigns without an issue. Now they want to use the web interface for collecting results rather than the TUI.

How do you get web access for campaigns working on the Linux app server? I cannot find any direct instructions in the documentation.

Thanks,
Frank

I don't think its supported. I'm pretty certain that last time I looked at it (a long time ago admittedly) the web access part relied on IIS as the web server. I love campaigns but like many VM Pro features its received little love over the years and desperately needs an update.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

While the lack of IIS makes sense, the web access instructions include a link for the difference for the uc module version (use IP address of the IPO and not module). It makes one think that something else is needed (port, file path, etc.), but I haven't figured it out yet.
