Hi everybody,

i have board Celoxica RC300 and camera which a need to use. From RC300 we can read:

"The dual composite video input is provided by a pair of Philips SAA7113H 9-bit video input processors."

Next there are information about pins connected to there processor :

"
SDA Serial data input/output (I2C-bus). Shared between both devices (P5)

SCL Serial clock input (I2C-bus). Shared between both devices (N5)

VPO[7:0] Digital VPO-bus output signal (Device 0)

XTALI Clock input (Device 0)

CE Chip enable (Device 0)

RTCO Real-time control output (Device 0)

RTS0 Real-time signal output 0 (Device 0)

RTS1 Real-time signal output 1 (Device 0)
"

Now i need to use that input processor and have a qeustion: when do i know that new pixel data are set to VPO[7:0] bus? Usualy there is a clock indicating new data was send, but here I have only "XTALI Clock input ". Do i need set this clock and what frequency should it be? Manual about SAA7113H can be found here
One more question is: page 23 of this manual there is a Table 5: Power-on control sequence - do i understand it properly : on the bus VPO it will not be any video data until I manualy do complete i2c transmission?

Sorry for my english
Best regards for you.

Please ask if need more information.
