CAMERA PROBLEM

For some reason our camera system keeps rebooting. Our serveice people took it for 4 days and brought it back and it continues doing it. Now there was an error on the screen "16 server Maxed out" or somthing liek that, and now none of our cameras are showing up at ALL. I did a system restore to the previous day and still nothing. Any one have any ideas. This is an aloha system using flexwatch camera setup.
