Caluclated Report Field based on subreport showing #ERROR

I have a report that has a calculated field which is based on its subreport. The subreport is based on a query. If the query results in zero records, the subreport does not produce anything and the calculated field on the main record shows #error. How do I tell the main report to show a zero if the sub-report does not display?


The report has other sub-reports and data, so I still have to run the report.
