Hi,

I am using the calltype analysis table, so that calls stored in the Avaya 96xx phones call log can be dialled without prefixing the ARS Access code, and it was my belief that this table would also apply to the contacts stored on the phone.

However, it seems that the contacts cannot be dialled unless they are stored with the prefixed ARS access code, am I missing something more that I should do? (all log working fine)

Thanks for any help

same problem here...

So Contact Dialing is NOT supported via EnBloc Dialing, does anyone know if there is a suitable work around? I can't seem to get the Contact Lists to use the Enhanced Dialing Rules found in the 46xxsettings file either.
