Hi All,
Has anyone else seen problems with calls being lost or dropped during a transfer in V11?
We just upgraded a site from V9.1 to V11 and since then calls transfers work most of the time but quite often get dropped or lost.
Scenario is customer calls in, reception answers, reception calls extension for announced transfer, reception presses complete soft key, caller then on hold, reception cannot grab the call back with call appearance buttons.
The other thing that has happened is that reception has pressed complete only to hear the extensions mailbox announcement.
Any Thoughts?
