I'm running an Avaya CM ver. 6. When a call goes into an auto attendant and a selector code or station is entered the call goes through fine if the station is not forwarded. I have a station that is forwarded to a cell phone. I did a list trace and it looks like the transfer is directed to the station but I don't hear a ring on my end and eventually the call is transferred to the CM system voice mail. Does anyone know how to fix this?
