Hi, We are getting reports of dropped calls after they are transferred to someone outside of the office.

An admin reports when they are on a call and transfer the call to someone outside the office, the call will drop after a few minutes. Usually the call originates as an outgoing call to a vendor, and then, using CA Pro, is transferred to a number offsite.

I wonder if there is some sort of safety timer controlling this.

Any ideas on where to look appreciated.

Thank you

There is a timer in co trunk group setting for co to co It is normally 10 minutes

There is also a setting in some routers, called UDP Timeout, which can disconnect calls.

Hi OBT, Thank you.

It appears the max setting is 60, but there is a setting for None, which I assume disables the timer.

Under TRG settings there is CO-CO and Extension-CO. I'm not sure the difference. If you have a moment to put in laymen terms I'd be very happy!

Thank you
