Calls transferred from agent returning

Hi,

I have setup a cdn for my reception. This is to monitor stats etc. I have the night on the console going to a acd which is ncfw into a cdn, only because you cant put a cdn directly into nit1.

The agents login and they can take calls no problem. Whenever they transfer the call rings on the target telephone no problem. The problem occurs when the call isnt answered at the target set. It should go to vmail as per the fdn but what it does is return to the ACD Queue of the reception agents.

This problem only occurs on blind transfers. If they do a supervised transfer the call will forward as per instructed.

SECC4.2 with latest PEP's

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Is the PBX current?

Are you using the skillsets in overflow fashion?
