Anyone ever had issues with transferring calls from a switchboard to a CDN that is tied to a Contact Center Application not working? Whenever our switchboard operators transfer a caller to 73389 which is the CDN for our service department the call just rings and rings. When I call from my i2004 set it works and plays the voice prompt asking me which service department I want. This is only happening when switchboard's try to transfer the call. I am not sure why this is happening and our vendor is currently investigating but though I would check here as well.
