I have an issue with a client -- They want to be able to transfer a call to an extension and if that extension does not answer, or is on DND, it go to their voicemail. Right now, the calls that are not answered go to VM, but if the set is on DND the call comes back to the set where it was forwarded from -- Is there anyway to tell it to go to VM even when the set is on DND?
