We have a vector which allows callers to wait for 45 seconds, then press 1 to go to a voice mailbox. This was working fine until we added BSR. Now callers go to the front end Modular Messaging menu rather than the personal greeting for the voice mailbox. I have checked VDN Override on all VDNs in the stream; no combination seems to fix this issue. Any ideas?

What results have you collected from the PBX list trace commands, run several times using different objects to trace?
I suggest creating a duplicate vdn/vector w/o BSR, run a list trace and capture the results.
Compare the traces to see the differences.
Be sure the Vmbx number is not used anywhere else in the MM except for the subscriber Vmbx.
