S8500 running v13.
I have a TEG with 4 stations. This covers to a CAG of 8 stations. The stations are rotated quarterly so users take turns being in the TEG and taking the first line of calls. I have had this in place for a couple of years.
I now have a user saying that when they are in the TEG calls to the TEG always ring. When they are in the CAG calls that roll from the TEG only flash (like a bridged appearance w/ no ring).
The last time I rotated this user to the CAG, she is stating that calls are now ringing and she wants to go back to the flash only.
I don't understand why calls were only flashing for her to begin with, and none of the other users are experiencing the "flash only". All of the stations have the same settings (with exception to programmable buttons like brdg appr, etc).
Any ideas?
